2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons of Tandoori Tamarind & Corriander Paste
1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
Chilli Flakes to Taste
Blend all above together which will form a thick paste.
Add water gradually to thin to required consistency.
Heat gently in a pan or microwave , and use to dress grilled meats / prawns on squewers.
